What is that?

It's one of the major Perseid settlements. It's not a very populous planet, just a couple million people, but during the Commonwealth it was seen as one of the great intellectual centers. The Perseids are some of the best scientists in the three galaxies.

Honestly? I thought Ruislip sounds funny just like I've always thought the name Xinti sounds funny.
